Day 1: Arrival in Tangier – Explore the City

Morning: Arrive in Tangier, where you will be greeted by your guide and driver.

Explore Tangier: Start your exploration of this coastal city, visiting its Kasbah, Medina, and Hercules Caves. Enjoy a walk along Cap Spartel, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

Afternoon: Visit the Old Medina, which is a labyrinth of alleyways, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. You can also enjoy a cup of mint tea at one of the many cafes in the city center.

Day 2: Tangier ➝ Chefchaouen (Blue City)

Morning: After breakfast, leave Tangier for a scenic drive to Chefchaouen, the famous blue-painted city in the Rif Mountains (approximately 2 to 2.5 hours).

Arrival in Chefchaouen: Explore the Medina filled with blue houses, quaint shops, and local artisans. Enjoy the laid-back atmosphere, visit Place Outa el Hammam, and take photos of the iconic blue alleys and streets.

Afternoon: You may also visit the Kasbah Museum and explore the Spanish Mosque for panoramic views of the city.

Day 3: Chefchaouen ➝ Fes

Morning: Depart Chefchaouen after breakfast and head towards Fes (around 4 hours drive).

Arrival in Fes: Fes is one of Morocco’s most historical and cultural cities. After checking into your accommodation, explore the Fes el-Bali, the oldest part of the city, and discover its UNESCO-listed medina. Visit the Bou Inania Madrasa, Al-Qarawiyyin University (the world’s oldest university), and the tanneries.

Afternoon: Take a stroll through the bustling souks, where you can buy traditional Moroccan crafts such as leather goods, pottery, and spices.

Day 4: Fes ➝ Ifrane ➝ Azrou ➝ Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

Morning: After breakfast, leave Fes for your journey towards the Sahara Desert. Pass through the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop in Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland” for its alpine-like architecture. Continue to Azrou, where you can visit the Cedar Forest and spot the famous Barbary monkeys.

Afternoon: Continue your journey through the scenic Ziz Valley, a lush oasis, before arriving in Merzouga.

Evening: Once in Merzouga, you’ll begin your camel trek into the Sahara Desert to watch the sunset over the towering Erg Chebbi Dunes. After the trek, enjoy a traditional Berber dinner and spend the night in a luxury desert camp under the stars.

Day 5: Merzouga ➝ Todra Gorge ➝ Ouarzazate

Morning: After watching the sunrise over the dunes, take a camel ride back to Merzouga.

Morning Exploration: Depart Merzouga for Ouarzazate, passing through Todra Gorge (a spectacular canyon with towering cliffs), where you can enjoy a short walk and take in the dramatic scenery.

Afternoon: Continue your journey through the Dades Valley, known for its impressive kasbahs and rock formations. Then head towards Ouarzazate, a city known for its film studios and the nearby Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 6: Ouarzazate ➝ Marrakech

Morning: After breakfast, visit the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, one of Morocco’s most iconic landmarks, which has appeared in several films such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Drive to Marrakech: Continue your journey through the High Atlas Mountains, passing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, before arriving in Marrakech by late afternoon.

Evening: You will have some free time to explore Marrakech, with its bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, where you can enjoy street performers, food stalls, and local markets.
