Day 1: Casablanca – Marrakech
We welcome you from Casablanca airport and we will visit the Hassan II mosque (if you arrive in the morning in Casablanca). Then we leave for Marrakech, dinner, and overnight in a riad in the medina.
Day 2: Marrakech tour guided
After your breakfast, your local guide will accompany you to discover the historic sites of the medina,
visit the Bahia Palace, the Jewish Quarter, the Saadian tombs, the utopia, the Ben Youssef school, and the Majorelle garden. dinner and night in your riad.
Day 3: Marrakech – Ait ben haddou – Zagora
We will leave the city of Marrakech towards the south,
via the mountains of high Atas, then we will visit the Kasbah Ait ben Haddou in Ouarzazate, we continue towards the studios of Cinema and the Kasbah Taourirt, then we drive in the direction of Zagora,
we will visit the Tamnougalt Kasbah in Agdz, and we will follow the Draa valley towards the Zagora palm grove, have dinner, and overnight in a local hotel.
Day 4: Zagora – Merzouga
After breakfast in your hotel, we leave for Merzouga passing through a beautiful desert landscape, visiting the nomads in their tents woven with goat hair and camel, then continue to Merzouga via the Tazarine palm grove, from there to Rissani, former Sijilmassa. Then our journey goes to the dunes where you enjoy a camel ride to reach the high dunes of Morocco. You will spend an excellent night under nomad tents in the Sahara with a delicious Berber dinner. See the sunset over the dunes.
Day 5: Merzouga – Errachidia – Midelt – Azrou – Fes
After breakfast we will leave the dunes towards Fes, with a stop at Erfoud to see the fossils, then we continue towards Errachidia and the Ziz Valley,
to reach Midelt. After lunch, we will see the monkeys in the forest at Azrou, and then cross the city of Ifrane to arrive at the end of the day in Fes. Dinner and night in a riad in the medina.
Day 6: Fes – Chefchaouen
Let’s leave Fez after visiting the Medina, towards Chefchaouen, let’s go through the fabulous Rif mountains, Chefchaouen you will stroll through the alleys of the Medina discovering the architecture and magnificent houses of Chefchaouen. dinner and night in a quiet riad.
Day 7: Chefchaouen – Tangier
After breakfast we will travel towards Tangier via Tetouan, you will explore the medina visit the museum of Tangier, and see the great port of Morocco, dinner and overnight in a hotel in the medina.
Day 8: Tangier – Rabat – Casablanca
Today eight we return to Casablanca, en route we will visit the caves of Hercules,
then we will continue to the beautiful city of Assilah, from there we will reach Rabat to visit the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Oudays,
then we will continue to to to to to to go to Casablanca. We will drop you off at your accommodation in Casablanca or at the airport. 8 days from Casablanca to the desert ends.
